"Actualized" Annie

Deep down inside, everyone wants to be an "Actualized" Annie, so don't go gloating and showing off. For many, you are a source of inspiration and envy, though there are a few people like "Burned Out" Barb and "Disengaged" Dan that find you a little annoying. Also, given your overflowing abundance of energy and commitment, many feel more comfortable wearing sunglasses when talking to you because of the risk being blinded.
As an "Actualized" Annie, you are both highly engaged in your work and have a strong capacity to engage (which includes your work and your life in general). This means you are emotionally invested in your projects and initiatives at work and that you find a variety of ways to express your commitment at work (like stepping in to help out your coworkers when they need you). You also feel a strong sense of thriving and control in your life, which helps to sustain your engagement through disruption and adversity.
As an "Actualized" Annie, you are likely wanting answers to three VERY IMPORTANT QUESTIONS:
- How do I know that I really have high engagement and a large capacity to engage?
- How do I keep my level of engagement up and protect it from falling?
- How do I sustain my capacity to engage and prevent it from shrinking?
To answer these questions, consider one of the following options:
- Option 1: Take the Engage(r) Battery Assessment
- Option 2: Meet with a Restore(r) Coach
- Option 3: Set up your team to go through an Engage(r) workshop
We hope you found this activity entertaining and helpful. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to let us know at <credible-leader@lri.com>.
