Restore® Battery (self-assessment)

The Restore® Battery self-assessment provides deep insights into your personal engagement and your ability as a leader to recharge the engagement of others and restore their capacity to engage.

You will receive two reports: The Restore® Snapshot report which provides top-line results, and the Restore® Interpretive Report. Both assessment include your results on  PriorityGrid, Engage® and Restore®.

The Restore® self-assessment takes approximately 20 minutes to complete, and the Interpretive Report is excellent for use in coaching and self-development activities. 

What to Expect

Once you complete your purchase you will receive 2 emails. The first email will be from LRI's Credible Leader Shop and will contain your purchase receipt. The second email will be from notifications@fetchapp.com and will contain a) a link to the assessment Launch Page b) instructions on how to access the assessment you chose and c) a Survey Code you need to enter on the Launch Page.

After completing the Restore® self-assessment, your Interpretive Report will be emailed directly to you from credible-leader@lri.com within approximately 1-3 business days.
