Masterminds: Leading on the Edge

A new LRI Learning Fund to take your momentum to the next level with like-minded peers. 

This Mastermind consists of a strategic and intentional group of 3-5 leaders – just like you - who intentionally choose to create this learning community. The Mastermind will be facilitated by an LRI certified coach. Each Mastermind participant can choose to use their Learning Fund dollars of $1,000 to participate in 5 Mastermind sessions to be held in 2025. 

What are the benefits?

Through this Mastermind, leaders will receive the following benefits:

• Get peer support of like-minded leaders
• Gain a safe and supportive environment for learning, overcoming challenges, and reaching for their aspirations and goals
• Get a customized experience designed with your schedules in mind
• Supported by an LRI certified coach
• Learn from each other while building a sense of community. 

The Mastermind can be with members from your current Leadership Circles Program Mastermind or you can recruit new colleagues to experience this together.

What to do next? 

Discuss the opportunity with your manager and form your Mastermind group of 3-5 leaders. Once you have 3-5 leaders who agree to use their Learning Fund dollars to participate in this facilitated Mastermind experience each participant can click here to purchase and sign up for Masterminds: Leading on the Edge. Upon purchase, an email will be sent from credible-leader@lri.com with a form to enter the names of your Mastermind group. All members must purchase package within 30 days before the MM group begins. After all members have paid for the package, an LRI coach will be in contact with each member of the Mastermind to schedule your kickoff session.
