Masterminds: Leading on the Edge

Masterminds: Leading on the Edge is a new LRI Learning Fund to take your momentum to the next level - with like-minded peers. 

This Mastermind consists of a strategic and intentional group of 3-5 leaders – just like you - who intentionally choose to create this learning community. The Mastermind will be facilitated by an LRI certified coach. Each Mastermind participant can choose to use their Learning Fund dollars of $1,000 per person to participate in 5 Mastermind sessions to be held in 2025.

• Gain a safe and supportive environment for learning, overcoming challenges, and reaching for their aspirations and goals
• Get a customized experience designed with your schedules in mind
• Supported by an LRI certified coach
• Learn from each other while building a sense of community. 

What to do next? 

Discuss the opportunity with your manager and form your Mastermind group of 3-5 leaders. Once you have 3-5 leaders who agree to use their Learning Fund dollars to participate in this facilitated Mastermind experience, each participant select the package above to purchase and sign up for Masterminds: Leading on the Edge. Upon purchase, an email will be sent from credible-leader@lri.com with a form to enter the names of your Mastermind group. All members must purchase package within 30 days before the MM group begins. After all members have paid for the package, an LRI coach will be in contact with each member of the Mastermind to schedule your kickoff session. 

Terms, Conditions and Guarantee 

Travel is not included in the engagement.  All sessions must be completed within one year of contract purchase. 

Adobe is not responsible for reimbursement of any courses or eligible costs which exceed the annual benefit. The Professional Development Reimbursement is considered taxable income for employees unless not required by local tax rules. The benefit will be non-taxable in India. Refer to the details on the Learning Fund website on Inside Adobe for the latest updates and details.

If a session needs to be cancelled, coaches must be notified at least 24 hours in advance or session will be forfeited. Rescheduling of a coaching session should be done within 48 hours of the cancellation. Coaches will handle special requests on an individual basis.

Credit Card Payments

• Before December 30: Purchase your coaching package from this website. A payment confirmation receipt will be emailed to you from credible-leader@lri.com immediately, please use that to submit for reimbursement. An additional 4.5% processing fee applies to all credit card purchases and a 2% currency conversion fee applies for purchases outside of the US.

ACH or Wire Payments

• Before December 6: To pay by ACH or wire (or credit card) in US funds, contact your selected coach to initiate the agreement and payment process. A signed agreement needs to be in place by December 6 and payment must be received by December 13.  Members will receive a copy of their invoice marked “PAID” via email once payment is received. Additional processing fees apply to the following payment types: $5 ACH (US only); $20 international wire; $15 domestic wire; 4.5% credit card.

Reimbursement

• Submit your receipt before the deadline to file for reimbursement in your Benefits account US or Rest of World by December 30.
