If hiring a coach long-term is more than you need, a single session, or a small set of sessions, can be enough to get you feeling back on track.
What to Do Next?
Prior to signing up, contact the coach you want to work with to discuss objectives and coaching package options, and then discuss the opportunity with your manager. You can continue with your initial coach or select a new coach for a different perspective. When ready to purchase, choose your preferred number of sessions and coach from the options listed above.
Terms, Conditions and Guarantee
Travel is not included in the engagement. All sessions must be completed within one year of contract purchase.
Adobe is not responsible for reimbursement of any courses or eligible costs which exceed the annual benefit. The Professional Development Reimbursement is considered taxable income for employees unless not required by local tax rules. The benefit will be non-taxable in India. Refer to the details on the Learning Fund website on Inside Adobe for the latest updates and details.
If a session needs to be cancelled, coaches must be notified at least 24 hours in advance or session will be forfeited. Rescheduling of a coaching session should be done within 48 hours of the cancellation. Coaches will handle special requests on an individual basis.
Credit Card Payments
- Before December 30: Purchase your coaching package from this website. A payment confirmation receipt will be emailed to you from credible-leader@lri.com immediately, please use that to submit for reimbursement. An additional 4.5% processing fee applies to all credit card purchases and a 2% currency conversion fee applies for purchases outside the US.
ACH or Wire Payments
- Before December 6: To pay by ACH or wire (or credit card) in US funds, contact your selected coach to initiate the agreement and payment process. A signed agreement needs to be in place by December 6 and payment must be received by December 13. Members will receive a copy of their invoice marked “PAID” via email once payment is received. Additional processing fees apply to the following payment types: $5 ACH (US only); $20 international wire; $15 domestic wire; 4.5% credit card.
Reimbursement
- Submit your receipt before the deadline to file for reimbursement in your Benefits Account US or Rest of World by December 30.
